Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-11
By signing in to Flamelets, you agree to these terms. If any part of them is a deal-breaker, don't sign in — we don't want you to feel locked into anything you didn't understand.
1. The service
Flamelets reads Google Meet transcripts from your Google Drive and uses an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to generate a summary, action items, and key decisions. The result is stored on your private dashboard and can optionally be shared via a random-token public URL. The product is currently in an early, pre-production state and may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
2. Your account
- You must sign in with a real Google account that you control.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Anyone with access to your Google account can access your Flamelets account.
- You agree not to share your session cookie or attempt to access other users' data.
3. Acceptable use
Only import transcripts for meetings you legitimately hosted or attended and have a right to process. Do not use Flamelets to analyse conversations you recorded without the other participants' knowledge or consent — that's a fast path to breaking the law in most jurisdictions and we will cooperate with legal process if required.
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or break the service. Do not upload malware or attempt to abuse the AI pipeline to generate harmful content.
4. Your content
You own your meeting data. Flamelets stores it to provide the service, runs it through Claude to generate the recap, and serves it back to you. We do not claim any ownership of your transcripts, summaries, action items, or decisions. You grant us a limited licence to process this content strictly for the purpose of providing the service.
If you enable public sharing on a meeting, the recap page at the generated share URL becomes accessible to anyone with the link until you disable sharing again.
5. AI-generated content
The summaries, action items, and decisions that Flamelets shows you are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes, omissions, or hallucinations. Do not treat them as an authoritative record of what was said in a meeting without verifying against the underlying transcript. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you're running anything important through Flamelets, keep your own backups.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamelets and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months — which for the current no-cost tier is zero.
8. Termination
You can stop using Flamelets at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or operational risk. If we terminate your account for cause, we may retain data as long as required for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
